New Year, New Body
First and foremost I want to wish everyone a prosperous new year and of course good health. I have not taken good care of myself the last three or four years and I am going to change that this year. I will not promise to comply 100% because that is not my point, simply because I love food and I need to treat myself to some good treats from time to time. What I am promising and willing to take accountability for is the all the sugar intake and fat foods that need not be in my system. I also promise myself to do cardio five to six days a week consistently. Water is my main focus as far as liquid intake is concerned. I promise I will drink a gallon a water five days out of the week. I am currently over 300 pounds and which to get to 220 by years end. I am also going to train for the L.A. Marathon. So follow my progress on a day to day basis and maybe I can motivate you to join my Road To Fitness goals. Cheers.
